Welcome to Awakened Grief Care. By using this website and scheduling services with me, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using this site or contacting me.
1. General Information
Awakened Grief Care provides individual therapy services to clients located in Massachusetts. All services are provided by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). The information on this website is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
If you are in crisis or need immediate help, do not use this website or email.
Instead, please call 911, go to your nearest emergency room, or contact:

2. Communication
You may contact Awakened Grief Care by email to inquire about services or scheduling.
Please do not include sensitive or private information in your message, as email is not a secure form of communication.
Contact through this website or email does not create a therapeutic relationship until a formal intake and consent process are completed.
3. Payments and Fees
Awakened Grief Care is a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance.
Payment is due at the time of service.
A superbill (an itemized receipt) can be provided upon request if you wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance company.
Please note that reimbursement is not guaranteed, and it is your responsibility to check your coverage with your insurance provider.
4. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.
This policy helps maintain availability and fairness for all clients.
5. Confidentiality
All information shared in therapy sessions is confidential, in accordance with state and federal laws.
Exceptions include situations involving:
Risk of harm to self or others
Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or disabled person
Court orders or legal requirements
If confidentiality needs to be broken, it will be done only to the extent required by law and, whenever possible, discussed with you first.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without prior written permission.
